| Roan and cousin/God-sister, Caitlyn Victoria. The first photo was taken in Simi Valley when we first met Cait shortly after her arrival. The second photo was taken in San Diego at Cait's Baptismal Party. Cait's mom, my cousin Rociel, is one of Roan's God-mothers and I am one of Cait's God-mothers. Rociel and I grew up together and spent our summers together while growing up in the Philippines. Our grandmothers are sisters. |

| Road Trip 2002 - One of our many stops, the beautiful Grand Canyon! After staying with the Navalta's in Las Vegas for about a week, we (me, Ricky, my Mom, Rhea, Dean & Dalton) finally left and went to Hoover Dam. Soon thereafter, we headed to Grand Canyon. This place is breathtaking! Roan enjoyed the view from "within" -- I was about a month pregnant with him. |
