I am a full-time mother to Ricky, 13 and Roan ("Cupid"), 2. It is with great pleasure for me to be able to stay home with my kids and spend time with them. Each time I take their pictures, I imagine the type of layout I will do with that photo and the products I can use!
With a nudge (more like a shove!) and endless encouragement from my husband, Jun; helpful advice, brainstorming and excellent coaxing from my mentor (the one to blame for my addiction :-)), Antoinette Medalle; I have decided (with a bit of reluctance and fear), to take the plunge and build a business based on one of my favorite hobbies: scrapbooking!
I can't wait to hear from you, share ideas with you, receive layouts from you to share with others, provide you with the products that will enhance your creativity and, of course, do business with you!
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. We will not sell, rent or provide your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. You may browse our website without providing any personal information. If you choose to place an order with us; via our website, telephone, fax and/or email; we may require you to provide contact information, billing information, shipping information and/or other personal information to serve you properly, but confidentially.
Once again, we will not share your identity and information with anyone. We respect your privacy and use your provided information for our business purpose only.
Shipping Policy
All online orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless specified otherwise. Shipping and Handling ("S&H") for orders within United States will be a flat rate of $4.95 regardless of weight; and all orders outside of United States will be a flat rate of $6.95 regardless of weight. All orders, including orders sent via fax, email and/or telephoned-in; will be processed and shipped within 24 - 72 hours, depending on the traffic we are receiving or if we are away on a scrapbook expo and/or vacation. At this time, you will be notified of the delay in shipment prior to placing your order.
If you prefer to save in S&H charges, you may place your order via email, fax and/or telephone and pick up the order at our physical address. We do, however, require that you make an appointment prior to retrieving your order physically. We will require proof of identity before we release any order(s). We reserve the right to refuse and terminate "personal service" to our discretion. At this time, all pick-up order must be prepaid via credit card(s) online or pay by cash only at time of pick-up.
For your convenience, we do not require minimum orders. However, S&H fees will remain at the flat rate of $4.95/$6.95 regardless of the amount of your order.
We will make it a top priority to ship your order on a timely manner -- we know how important it is for you to receive your order and use the products right away :-)
We are not responsible for any and all orders received damaged and/or lost and/or stolen items/orders.
California Tax
All California residents will be charged a flat tax rate of 7.5%.
Return Policy
Scrappin' With Cupid does not accept returns on any and all of its products sold. We apologize for the inconvenience. However, we are confident that you will be happy with all of our products that you will not need to think about returning anything.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks and/or Money Order as forms of payment. If you are picking up your order, you may pay in cash - cash transactions will be done in person only and will not be accepted via snail mail. If you choose to pay with a personal check, you may do so by placing your detailed order via email and write "Check In The Mail" on your subject line. Orders will be shipped once your check clears. If this method proves to be non-effective, we reserve the right to terminate this method of payment. Please make all checks and/or money orders payable to: Scrappin' With Cupid.
All returned checks are subject to a $30 bank fee, 20% of the total amount of the order for restocking fee and will be placed on our "Do Not Accept Check" list with the possibility of being reported to the proper State Department.
